Newly built home (2024) in the heart of Frankfort. Just up the street from beautiful Lake Michigan. Perfect place to gather with family or close friends for an up north getaway. Day trips to Traverse City, Empire, Glen Arbor, Manistee and so much more.
There is an apartment above the garage for rent as well if you have more people that want to stay together.(Field Stone Apartment)
2600 square foot home, 3 floor home. 4 Bedrooms (6 beds total), 3.5 bathrooms. Living room, kitchen, laundry closet on main floor.
Master bedroom with master bathroom is on the main floor. Two bedrooms with 2 queen beds each and full bathroom on second floor. Basement has a living room, game table area, bedroom with Queen bed and full bathroom.
Please note there is a stair case that leads to the second floor. There is no gate or door at the top or bottom of the stair case.(baby gate at top of stairs if needed)

There is also an apartment above the garage that is a short term rental on the property as well. Please be courteous to the guests and neighbors.
You have access to the whole house, back patio and grill, front porch.
